We were told "For breakfast, your daughter will be having." (and he filled in the blank) by our server. Once upstairs at our table - I hoped things would turn around, however our waiter also made no attempt at pleasantries, despite the fact that we were there to celebrate our daughter's 5th birthday - seriously, cast members working "less glamorous" jobs in Disney food courts or sweeping sidewalks around the parks were kinder and more pleasant - we should have stayed among them rather than trying to get the "Cinderella experience". How hard is it to say "please" or ask in a nice voice? Not to mention - like I said - we were all already on top of one another. There wasn't even an attempt to be nice in their voices - they were ordering, bossy - honestly just plain rude. "Move up!" "Get closer to the people in front of you!" Honestly, we were already on top of one another, yet they kept ordering everyone to move - move!!! It felt more like an evacuation procedure than a special occasion.

They repeatedly barked/yelled at us along with all the other guests. First - as I've read in other reviews, we shared the feeling of being "herded" into the waiting area to see Cinderella.

Having been to the dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table 2 1/2 years ago, we had high hopes. She warned us we would be disappointed with the Princess Breakfast - we should have listened, but we wanted to start our daughter's birthday with breakfast at the castle - how could it be THAT bad? As much as we wanted this to be a royal experience and the highlight of our trip, it was a royal disappointment, and I wish we had back the time and money we spent on this experience. I have a friend who is a cast member at Disney - she has played most of the female characters and princesses in the park.
